Volunteers wanted for Saturday mornings!

We are embarking on a special summer project and are looking for volunteer support.

The project will be selling fine teas at the Strathroy Farmers Market- as a fundraiser for WRRC.

The market operates Saturday mornings June to October.  You do not need to be available every Saturday to help.

Welome to Laura- our new Program Manager!

We are pleased to announce the arrival of  Laura Dunlop-Dibbs to the staff of the Women’s Rural Resource Centre.  Laura is our new Program Manager, and brings many years of experience to her work.  We look forward to exciting  things with Laura!

We are pleased to welcome Frances to the Women's Rural Resource team. Frances position is funded by the Foundation for Rural Living. The Foundation supports rural organizations with resources to increase their capacity in the communities they serve. Frances will be providing support to the Resource Development team as well as further developing our volunteer program.

Seeking Board Members

WRRC is seeking expressions of interest from local women and men who want to leverage their strengths in influencing, innovation, collaboration and strategic leadership in a governance role on our board of directors. We recently refreshed our strategic plan – it is ambitious, exciting and achievable. And we need people with diverse skills, connections and interests to make it happen.
